Do I get the key instantly after checkout?

What if setup delivery is delayed?
The public delivery expectation is immediately after payment. If that window passes without delivery, use contact or Telegram with your account email and order context so the team can check provisioning. Never send a full API key.
Do you support OpenAI-compatible endpoints?
The delivered setup uses familiar OpenAI-compatible request shapes. Exact chat, embeddings, image, and other endpoint support depends on the purchased package and delivered setup; verify the provided paths and model IDs before a long run.

Security and operations
Do you store API keys?
The manually delivered key arrives by email only. Self-service generated scoped keys are shown once, then the app stores only a secure hash and display prefix.
Can I rotate or revoke keys?
Yes. Production teams can issue separate keys per environment, rotate stale credentials, and revoke risky keys without deleting unrelated access.
Can usage be tracked by key or endpoint?
Yes. Request logs and usage reporting are designed to help teams understand which keys, endpoints, and models are driving API traffic.
Do webhook endpoints exist?
Webhook endpoint management supports usage, billing, and API key lifecycle event selections so teams can prepare receivers before webhook sending is enabled.
Billing and limits
Can I cancel anytime?
After payment, use the Stripe Customer Portal for invoices, payment methods, subscription changes, and cancellation scheduling. Stripe shows the effective date before you confirm changes.
Can I get invoices?
Yes. Invoices and billing details are available through the Stripe-hosted billing portal.
What happens when rate pressure grows?
Rate state moves from healthy into warning and urgent states as traffic pressure grows. At a configured hard limit, requests can return a 429 until pressure drops or capacity changes.
What if I need more than 4 concurrent connections?
The public Weekly and Monthly packages are designed around 4 concurrent connections. If you need higher parallel production traffic, request a walkthrough before checkout so the team can confirm whether the package is a fit.
Which package should I start with?
GPT-5.5 XHigh Weekly fits short sprints at $19/week. Eligible first-order options are XHigh Monthly $59 then $69/month, Sol Weekly $69 then $89/week, or Sol Monthly $179 then $199/month.
How does the welcome price work?
It is automatic and account-wide. Only the first successful paid package order can receive one eligible welcome price; buying any package consumes that eligibility. Referral or private promotions override it, and cancellation or refund does not create another welcome offer.

Do I need a credit card to explore the docs?
No. The public docs are available before signup. You can create an account before entering card details; self-serve packages continue to Stripe after package selection.
What happens after signup?
Create a workspace, choose GPT-5.5 XHigh Weekly, GPT-5.5 XHigh Monthly, or GPT-5.6 Sol Monthly, complete payment, then receive the full API key by email after manual delivery is prepared. The expected paid setup window is immediately after payment.
Is the $69 monthly price recurring?
Yes. Eligible XHigh Monthly accounts pay $59 on the first paid order and then renew at $69/month. Sol Weekly renews at $89/week after an eligible $69 first week; Sol Monthly renews at $199/month after an eligible $179 first month.
